Giselle uses Stripe for payment processing, which supports major credit cards and other payment methods available in your region.
Pro plan team admins can access billing information from Team Settings. Click the “Manage Subscription” button to open the Stripe billing portal where you can:
- View and update payment methods
- View billing history and invoices
- Manage Subscription billing information
How does billing work?
Giselle Pro plan uses a combination of:
- Base subscription fee: A fixed monthly or annual fee for the Pro plan
- Usage-based billing: Charged based on AI model usage
When am I charged?
You are charged at the beginning of each billing period. Usage-based charges from the previous period are included in your invoice.
How do I view my invoices?
Access the Stripe billing portal from Team Settings by clicking “Manage Subscription”. Your complete invoice history is available there.
How do I update my payment method?
- Go to Team Settings
- Click “Manage Subscription” to open the Stripe billing portal
- Manage Subscription your payment method in the portal
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the payment. You can also update your payment method in the billing portal to resolve payment issues.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your Pro subscription:
- Go to Team Settings
- Click “Manage Subscription” to open the Stripe billing portal
- Cancel your subscription in the portal
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- A final invoice is generated for any usage during the last billing cycle
- After cancellation, your team reverts to the Free plan
- Team membership is adjusted (only the earliest admin remains)

How is usage-based billing calculated?
AI model usage (text generation, image generation) is metered and reported to Stripe throughout your billing period. Your invoice will reflect the actual usage during the billing period.
Where can I see my current usage?
You can view your usage from Team Settings > Usage.
Where can I see pay-as-you-go charges for AI models?
You can view the detailed breakdown of pay-as-you-go charges for additional AI model usage in the Stripe billing portal. Access it by clicking “Manage Subscription” in Team Settings. The portal shows your usage-based billing details alongside your subscription charges.
