How do I create a Giselle account?

You can create a Giselle account using one of the following methods:
  • Email and Password: Sign up at studio.giselles.ai/signup with your email address and create a password
  • Google: Sign up directly using your Google account
  • GitHub: Sign up directly using your GitHub account
After signing up with email, you’ll receive a verification email to confirm your account.

How do I log in to my account?

Visit studio.giselles.ai/login and log in using:
  • Email and password
  • Google account
  • GitHub account

Can I connect multiple login methods to my account?

Yes. You can connect Google and GitHub accounts to your Giselle account from Account Settings > Authentication. This allows you to log in using any of your connected methods.

How do I disconnect a login method?

Go to Account Settings > Authentication and click “Disconnect” next to the provider you want to remove. Note that you must maintain at least one login method.

How do I update my profile information?

Go to Account Settings > General where you can:
  • Update your display name
  • Upload or change your profile picture (JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP)

How do I delete my account?

What is a team?

A team is a shared workspace where you and your colleagues can collaborate on AI apps. Each user can create and belong to multiple teams.

How do I create a new team?

Go to Account Settings and click “Create New Team”. Enter a name for your team to get started.

What are the team member roles?

  • Admin: Can manage team settings, billing, and team members
  • Member: Can use team resources but cannot manage settings, billing, or members

How do I invite team members?

Team admins can invite new members from Team Settings > Members. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite, and they’ll receive an invitation email. Note that adding team members requires a Pro plan.

How do I remove a team member?

Team admins can remove members from Team Settings > Members. Click the menu next to the member you want to remove and select “Remove”.

Can I leave a team?

Yes, you can leave a team as long as you belong to at least one other team. If it’s your only team, you’ll need to create or join another team first.

How do I delete a team?

Only teams on the Free plan can be deleted. Go to Team Settings > General and look for the delete option. Note that you must have at least one other team before deleting.
