Monthly AI Model Usage Details

Each Giselle subscription includes monthly AI credits:
  • Free Plan: Limited-time offer of 30 minutes of AI usage per month. Once the monthly limit is reached, AI usage pauses until the next billing cycle.
  • Pro Plan: Includes $20 of AI credits each month. Additional usage beyond the included credits is billed at cost plus 10% markup.
AI model usage credits are refreshed monthly and unused credits do not roll over.

Each plan has limits on the number of Vector Stores you can create and GitHub Repositories you can register.

Managing Plan Limits

Free Plan

  • To use Vector Stores, you need to upgrade to the Pro or Team plan

Pro Plan

  • Document Vector Stores: When you reach the 5-store limit, you can delete existing Vector Stores or consider upgrading to the Team plan
  • GitHub Repositories: When you reach the 3-repository limit, you can delete existing repositories or consider upgrading to the Team plan

Team Plan

  • Document Vector Stores: When you reach the 20-store limit, you need to delete existing Vector Stores
  • GitHub Repositories: When you reach the 10-repository limit, you need to delete existing repositories

Plan Changes & Billing Information

Upgrading from Free to Pro

  • When upgrading, Free plan unused usage is discarded.
  • Pro plan benefits become immediately available upon upgrade.

Downgrading from Pro to Free

  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Pro benefits remain available until the downgrade takes effect.

Team Membership

  • Free Plan: Limited to a single user, with membership to only one Free team.
  • Pro Plan: Single-user account. Allows multiple team memberships but each team is limited to one user.
  • Team Plan: Allows multiple team memberships with unlimited team size. Contact sales for pricing details.

Additional Usage Costs (Pro Plan)

  • Pro plan users exceeding the $20 monthly AI credits incur additional charges at cost plus 10% markup, billed automatically at the next subscription payment cycle.
